nacho "cheese"

it's official, I'm a free spirit. a card from my grandma confirms it. ha ha ha ha. i love it.

Things are going well in Jackson. I am loving the weather. Oh man, it's so great. It makes me happy just to walk out the door each morning. :)

The Annual Nacho Fest (tm) was last night. Everyone brought their A-game nachos and their games faces and their board games, and it was awesome. Here are a few samples from the night...

And my specialty -- "White Trash Nachos"



Here's the recipe:

1 Bag of Ruffles Potato Chips
1 Hot dog
Some Velveeta Cheese
1 Case of Cheap Beer

Drink half of the case of cheap beer.
Put the Ruffles on a plate.
Slice the hot dog into 1/4 inch slices and fry it.
Place the hot dog slices on the chips.
Cut slices of "cheese" and place on top of chips and dogs.
Microwave on high for a minute or until "cheese" is melted.
Drink the other half of the case of cheap beer.
